They say that
you can tell alot about a person's diet by their hair. Generally,
a diet rich in fruit and vegetables will keep hair in top form.
A diet however full of high fatty foods will tend to look damaged
and will be more brittle and fine.
Foods to help your hair are those rich in vitamin E. These include
peas, beans, carrots, cauliflower, soybeans, bran, nuts, and eggs.
Advacados are excellent too.
Watch caffeine too, though there is no clear link. However, the
latest scientific research seems to suggest that small regular quantities
may actually help in the reduction of hair loss.
It is also becoming apparent that sleep plays a part in changing
the hormone body in the body. This could encourage baldness in both
men and women. A lack of sleep, may increase stress levels which
again good accelerate hair loss.
The good news
is that a change of lifestyle can really help your hair, and indeed
the rest of your body stay in shape.
